While her father was a hairstylist, Erin Erwin was acquainted with the hairdressing industry at a young age, by the age of nine, she knew that she wanted to become a stylist as well.

In her ten years of experience, Erin’s extensive education has taken her to Toronto, Los Angeles and Las Vegas in the pursuit of the latest techniques, trends and services. With a strong foundation in her craft, Erin’s attention to detail and focused abilities enable her to create anything from classic geometric shapes to soft contemporary lines with a distinct style of effortlessly blending the two.

In 2005 Erin became the first team member employed at Arq’s second location in Westshore where her skill, dedication and hard work would make her a central contributor to Arq Westshore’s current success. In 2010, just five years after starting with the company, Erin became proud share holder of Arq Westshore.

As a wife and mother of two children, Erin’s growth from team member to co-owner give her the experience and perspective for the challenges and rewards of balancing family, career and personal goals.
