Inspired to become a hairstylist when she was in high school, Rikki’s practical and applied skills as a stylist measure two years while her understanding and natural ability for her craft equal that of a stylist beyond her years.

Starting her career at Arq as an associate, Rikki invested herself, natural talent and eagerness to learn in the companies opportunities for education and self directed growth, her hard work rewarded when she quickly became new talent.

Possessing a sincere positive attitude, considerate listening skills and acute eye for design, Rikki has an inherent ability to make her guests feel welcome while bringing their personal expression and style to life.

With a solid foundation in the classic fundamentals of hairstyling, Rikki also appreciates the opportunities to explore the more contemporary or “edgy” side of her creativity and skills.

Rikki’s future goals include continued education, creative direction in photo styling and stage and runway work.
